Meeting rooms

Iiris Centre has excellent facilities for various events. We have meeting rooms for both small and large occasions, from meetings for a few people to seminars and presentations for up to 140 participants.
All our meeting rooms are equipped with modern amenities and are accessible, and most have an induction loop available.
Conference and auditorium spaces, restaurant services, recreational areas, and accommodation for up to 90 people can all be found under the same roof.
Equipment available:
The following equipment is available in the meeting rooms: conference microphone, data projector, portable PC, flip chart, and white screen.
Meeting rooms:
Braille (auditorium): rising stands with 120 seats, up to 140 with extra chairs.
Valo: different setups for 20–60 people.
Outa: seating at tables for 24 people.
Mathilda: seating at tables for 16 people.
Macula: seating at tables for 14 people.
Einar: seating at tables for 12 people.
Erica: seating in rows for 60 people.
Outside the meeting rooms, there are A4 frames for displaying information sheets. For larger posters, we recommend bringing your own advertising stands or roll-ups. Attaching posters or other information sheets to the walls in our building is prohibited.

Prices:
On weekends when the house is closed, and on weekdays after 6 PM, an employee fee of €46.00 per hour (Sunday €92.00) will be added to reservation costs. On weekends and during exceptional opening hours (e.g. summer hours), the minimum charge for is 4 hours.
